It would be good to be able to reply to an email sent by Mind that, for both noticiations and vendor emails.

It would be good to have a dedicated mobile application or at the very least, a dedicated mobile view.

It would be good to be able to manage individual assets with the ability to assign and schedule jobs to each asset. Features Required: Ability to move assets between sites, with ability to moderate Ability to have assets of a similar kind (ie. 100x desks of the same type) Barcoding assets Financial reporting

It would be good when a job is cancelled that you can still email a vendor as well as set a default template, or send a plain text email to the vendor. Add ability to have no template (ie. Plain Text Email) in editor Ability to link a default template to a job status (currently we have ability on job type, be good to have job status as well, job status being the priority, then falling back to job type, then default) It would also be good to be able to send an email from the contact, or vendor / landlord / Tennant pages using the email editor.

Add a section on the vendor portal for a vendor to update there documents before they expire. Need to ensure we don't give the ability to download or view existing documents or give away anything confidential - So display the existing document type, label, expiry date and status (ie. is it accepted). This should identify enough for a vendor to update an existing document. A work flow then can send automated emails linking to the document url. ie. 4 weeks / 2 weeks and then when they expire if they don't provide the info. Can we also set it up so they can upload their own information and then alert us?

It would be good to add custom third party links (bookmarks) that the team commonly use.

It would be good to display a custom set of data using filters and display them as a widget on the dashboard, similar to recent jobs.

It would be good to be able to drag attachments on attachment drop zones. (ie. yellow highlighted areas)

It would be good for the interface to show what filters that have been added and provide a way to quickly remove the filter.

It would be good to create customised saved searches based on filters that a user can save either privatly or workspace wide. Contept Drawing attached

It would be good if you could get primary information about a record when hovering over an associated link. for example if hoviering over the contact 'Nick Mason' if a box could appear with key contact / record information. This would create a shortcut in needing to click and open the record to get a quick overview or key piece of information, while working the related recdord.

People dont put full sized descriptions in this box, it would be good to make the description box bigger so its more obvious to people that more information is required.

Ability to manually email a work order rather than rely fully on automation work flows.

To be able to submit a job (logged in / or logged out) with a video, video can be more descriptive than just a photo.

Remove job duplication.
